Upgrade & Support Scheme

This scheme is only available to users who have purchased the Perfect Lite Interface for AutoCAD software - CePleW AutoLISP Lighting Design Interface (Item 6 on price schedule)

It enables the registered user to receive (after paying the required subscription fee for each user licence) support on using the Perfect Lite Interface for AutoCAD software package.

This support includes the following during the period up to and including the 30th June in the year of subscription:

- Software upgrades to the current software version - please email upgrade requests, include text that appears when command: CEPLE is executed (text will include current serial number)

- Personal support via email or telecon to assist software installation and to resolve issues with software use

- Where an organisation has more than one user licence and all licences have an active subscription, then the support includes the option of a Multi-Licence with a single serial number to simplify deployment and maintenance for all active licences
